Write to the desk

The fastest way to reach NMK GLOBAL LINKS PTE. LTD. is a short email that names the pages you would like to place and the subject they share. A coordinator reads every message during desk hours and answers within one desk day. If your question is about an existing circuit, include the ticket name or the bay number from your plate sheet and the reply becomes much quicker.

Visits to the desk are welcome by appointment. The office is at 10 Jalan Besar #13-04 Sim Lim Tower 208787, Singapore (SG), and a first visit usually takes under an hour. Please write ahead so that a coordinator can set aside the time and print the relevant plate sheets before you arrive. The services page describes what a visit can cover.

Three questions the desk hears often

Before you write

A useful first message is short and specific. The name of the sending page, the name of the receiving page, the subject they share, and whether the pages have changed in the last year are enough to open a ticket. Everything else, including bay placement and scheduling, follows from that. Messages that describe a business in general terms but never name a page take longer to answer, because the coordinator has to ask for the missing details before any review can begin.

If you are writing on behalf of a partner network rather than a single site, say so and list the member pages in a simple table. That lets the desk treat the request as a hub plate build rather than an order, which changes the shape of the work and usually produces a better result. The plate sheet that comes out of a network request is often the most useful document a partner holds for years.

How desk records are kept

Messages sent to the desk become part of the ticket record for the circuit they concern. The privacy policy explains what is kept, why it is kept, and how long it stays on file, and it is worth reading before you send sensitive details. As a rule, share only what the desk needs to review a page: names, page addresses and subject descriptions. There is no need to send account numbers, personal documents or passwords, and the desk will never ask for them.

The privacy policy and the terms of service together set out the working arrangement between you and NMK GLOBAL LINKS PTE. LTD. If anything in either document is unclear, ask before you send a ticket rather than afterwards, and a coordinator will explain it in plain language.
